Honestly cannot find one quality of hers less than excellent!

She was looking out for us as far as not offering up to much over the asking price. Being honest with us by sharing with us what is not recommended but ultimately being our choice as far as what we are willing to forgo to get the home. Ashlin sharing her living in Hollister and Prunedale helped us learn a bit about living in the mountains with wells, water, and septic tanks.
